This course is technique specific and will be the foundation to pursuing a career as a florist. Emphasis will be on the basic principles of floral arrangement. This course is recommended for students who want to consider a career switch or simply to learn the fundamental principles of basic floral forms. No prior floral arrangement background is required.
Core Areas of Focus:
- Learn 10 basic forms in table arrangement.
- Introduction of floral design principles - colour, proportion etc.
- Fundamental techniques in caring for and using the materials.
At the end of the class, you will have the option to take home the floral arrangement you have created.
